How long does it take to receive my reading?
It takes 30 business days for you to receive your reading, depending on the complexity of your chart and reading. I kindly ask for your patience during this time. I promise your reading is worth the wait.
What is a "business day"?
When I refer to '30 business days,' I mean weekdays only, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. I've noticed some international clients are missing this detail. Please note that this timeframe does not equate to 'a month'.
Business Hours:
My standard business hours are Tuesday through Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST. I am unavailable on all platforms on my days off, I do work another full time job on those days. Thank you for understanding.
