All Sales Are Final

Each order requires significant time and effort. This is energy work as well as astrological work. I put my heart, intuition and soul into every reading, it would unfair to issue a refund after the work has been completed.

Providing Accurate Information

Please double-check all the details you provide at checkout, especially your birth data and email address. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays.

If you realize you've submitted incorrect birth data, you can email me with the correct information within 24 hours of placing your order. 

The Importance of a Correct Email Address

Your email address is crucial for order delivery. If it's incorrect and I can't reach you:

U.S. Customers: I'll send a text from my business number to request an updated email.

International Customers: Unfortunately, I can't contact you unless you reach out to me first.

If I don't receive a corrected email address, the purchase will be forfeited.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are completed in the order they are received, timing is based on complexity and my current wait list. As mentioned above, some of these readings take me days to do. 

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting me first will result in being blacklisted from future orders. As a small business, these disputes have a big impact. I'm committed to resolving any concerns you might have, so please reach out before going through your bank.
