🔹 Ask Your Questions in Advance: Please submit any specific questions before your reading. At this time, I do not offer post-reading questions or follow-ups. I know, it’s annoying, but I’m working on a way to do this in the future.

🔹 Keep an Open Mind: Life’s journey has many twists and turns, time is your friend. So some insights may not immediately resonate, but staying open allows for deeper understanding over time. This is your journey, and I'm just here to help you see it more clearly.

📌 Processing Time: Readings are completed within 30+ business days, depending on the complexity of your chart and the current waitlist. Why? All my readings are extremely detailed and take time to study, and then write. My readings are not vague and extremely personal. Please know the more advanced readings do take longer to complete. I put a lot of love into every word and thought.

If you need an update on your order, use the chat. I will respond in 2-3 business days. I do not check my DM's or e-mails regarding updates.

📌 No Expedited Requests: To maintain quality and uphold my personal boundaries, I do not accept rush orders. If I feel pressured or rushed, I reserve the right to cancel the order. I appreciate your understanding.

📌 Regarding Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback, your reading will be immediately canceled, and you will not be allowed to rebook (harsh, I know). However, I need to be direct about this because my payment processor imposes severe penalties on me for chargebacks. If you need to cancel or are feeling impatient, contact me through chat first. I will respond in 2-3 business days. I'm reasonable and will fully refund you, but chargebacks are not negotiable.
