Astro Ash offers exclusively digital products — no physical items are ever sent. Every reading is lovingly crafted and delivered straight to your inbox as a PDF document.
Processing Times
Due to the depth and care that goes into each reading, please allow 30+ business days for your order to be completed. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of your reading and the current waitlist.
I work through readings in the order they're received, giving each one the full attention it deserves. Thank you so much for your patience — the stars are worth the wait! 🌙
How You'll Receive Your Reading
Once your reading is complete, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout as a PDF attachment. Please double-check your email before placing your order, and check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it arrive.
What I Need From You
To get started, please email astroa3h@outlook.com with your order number and the following:
- Date of birth
- Time of birth (as accurate as possible)
- Location of birth
- Any specific questions or areas of focus
Your reading cannot begin until this information is received, so please send it as soon as possible after placing your order!
